What is a VAG Tool?
VAG-COM is the first aftermarket VAG-Tool that:
-Is fully compatible with all VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda models through 2007, including models using a direct CAN connection for diagnostics.
-Has a database of more than 9000 fault-codes and measuring-block texts.
-Can use the new 7-Digit PIN/SKC codes to match new keys in all immobilizer equipped VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda models.
-Allows you to view, log, and graph 3 groups of Measuring Blocks at once
-Can access all control modules which require proprietary VAG modes running the new KWP-2000 protocols (2001+ Teves Mk.60 ABS, numerous 2002+ modules)
-Can display critical timing information on TDI engines in graphic form.

No. However you will need to create an account to rate other users and leave comments in up coming upgrades.

Absolutely not! All the information that doesn't get displayed in the locate page will remain on our servers and will not be displayed, shared or sold to anyone else.
How come I get an error when I try to send an email to one of the VTL users?
Although it's not written, in order for your email to be sent, you will need to put in a valid email address in the "FROM" field. Even if you have an account in the VLT system, you cannot simply use your screen name.
