Who Are We

Ponch - I purchased my very first Audi A4 B7 new in 2006 after selling my 2001 Yamaha R1. I've never been someone to surf newsgroups, but was interested in adding some additions to my new car. Some of the items I was interested in were the RNS-E Navigation system and the Bluetooth option that comes in the tech package. After searching through several sites, I came across the NAVplus.us forums. From this point I became hooked. I was able to find my RNS-E and Bluetooth kits as well as an endless supply of fellow enthusiast looking for more and more things to do to our cars.

Anyone who has started to play around with their cars quickly realize that the single most important tool you have to have or have access to is the VAG tool. I was directed to the Ross-Tech site early on in my searching but wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money needed to buy one of these very reputable cables. I continued to search through eBay and on other forums and was given the link to Steve's VAG Tool Locator site. I thought this was a great idea. For someone to allow a location for anyone around the world to offer up themselves and to share the knowledge they have as well as the tool they spent good money on was terrific. I continued to direct individuals to Steve's site whenever a VAG tool was needed.

This now brings me to where we now are. I noticed that Steve had sold his Audi and was discontinuing the VAG Tool Locator site and was looking to hand over the responsibility to another. Being up for the challenge and feeling obligated to be quiet honest, I offered to take over the service that Steve started. Now I've made some changes to the look of the site (Thank you GRiM for all your hard work), and I hope the new look as well as the new features are enjoyed. Now that the site is fully operational, feel free to let me know how you like the changes and if you would like to see something specific should we decide to add new features at a later date.
